INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

1. Ownership

All designs, layouts, templates, typography choices, artwork, and compiled poster formats created by PapaDen are owned by PAPADEN LTD and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. What you are allowed to do (customer licence)

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered product (digital or physical) for personal purposes only.

This allows you to:

• Display the print in your home, or gift it to the intended recipient.
• For Digital Content, print copies for personal use (for example one or a small number of copies for the intended purpose).

3. Prohibited uses

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or commercially exploit Digital Content files.
• Reproduce designs for sale (including on marketplaces, print-on-demand sites, or social media downloads).
• Remove watermarks or notices (if present).
• Create derivative works intended for commercial use.
• Scan or photograph prints for redistribution or resale.

4. Customer content you provide (photos/text)

You retain ownership of your photos and text you provide. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to create and supply your order and to provide customer service relating to it.

5. Reporting IP concerns (takedown process)

If you believe content on our Store infringes your rights, email ip@papaden.co.uk with:

• Your name and contact details.
• Identification of the work/rights claimed.
• The relevant product URL(s).
• A clear explanation of the alleged infringement.
• A statement of good-faith belief and accuracy.
