2. Product nature
Our products are personalised newspaper-style posters. They are decorative artwork and not an actual newspaper publication. Product images are illustrative; colours may vary between screens and print output.
3. Orders and personalisation details
You must ensure all personalisation details you provide are complete and accurate (including spelling, dates, and any photo provided). Production timelines begin once we receive all required information.
4. Proof/preview of personalisation (choose one option and delete the other)
Option A (recommended for speed): Proofs/previews are available on request. If you request a proof, you must review it carefully and confirm approval before we finalise your order.
Option B (more control, slower ops): A proof/preview is provided by default for personalised items and must be approved before we finalise your order.
If you approve a proof, you confirm the personalisation details are correct as shown in that proof.
5. Digital Content delivery
Digital Content is delivered electronically (for example email download link and/or access in your customer account). You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam/junk folders, and ensuring you can open the file format supplied.
6. Cancellations and change-of-mind
Because most items are personalised, change-of-mind cancellation rights may be limited once personalisation work has started. Digital Content supplied during a cancellation period may require express consent and acknowledgement at checkout that the right to cancel is lost once supply begins.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
7. Customer content (photos/text) and acceptable use
If you upload or supply photos, names, text, or other content, you confirm you have the right to use and provide it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
We do not accept content that is unlawful or infringes rights (including hate content, harassment, or content that violates intellectual property).
You grant us a limited licence to use customer-supplied content solely to create and supply your order and to handle customer service queries.
8. Intellectual property
All Papaden designs, templates, layouts, and artwork are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase grants a personal-use licence only. You must not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit digital files.
9. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect personalisation details provided by you, colour differences due to screens/printers, or carrier delays outside our control.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
