Email is our main contact channel and the fastest way to reach us. We aim to reply within one working day. Please include your order number where relevant. Our registered office address above is also the correspondence address for formal notices.

3. What we do

We design and supply personalised newspaper-style posters for birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other occasions. Each item is customised with names, dates and, where chosen, a photo. Products are supplied as A4/A3 prints, framed prints, or digital PDF download. Our artwork is decorative and is not an actual newspaper publication.

4. VAT

PAPADEN LTD is not currently registered for VAT. Prices shown on this website do not include VAT and no VAT is charged on your order.

5. Regulatory and complaints information

We are not a member of, and are not required to be a member of, any trade association or authorisation scheme for the products we sell.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@papaden.com — we will always try to put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are set out in our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy.
