SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (PAPADEN / PAPADEN LTD)

1. Formats and delivery methods

Our products are personalised newspaper-style posters (decorative artwork, not an actual newspaper publication). Delivery depends on the format selected at checkout:

  • Digital Content: delivered electronically (for example by email download link and/or access in your customer account).

  • Goods: printed posters and/or framed prints shipped to a delivery address.

2. Processing time and what “dispatch” means

Dispatch means the physical order has been handed to the carrier (or collected) and a shipping confirmation may be issued.

Typical processing times (working days):

  • Printed/Framed Goods: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed and we have received all required personalisation details (and, if a proof is requested, after approval).

  • Digital Content: typically delivered within 1 business day (approx. 24 hours) after payment is confirmed and we have received all required personalisation details (and, if a proof is requested, after approval).

If you delay sending required details (or approval where applicable), delivery timelines start once we have everything we need.

3. UK delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier performance can vary.

4. International delivery (if offered)

If international shipping is enabled, available countries, methods, and estimates will appear at checkout.

International deliveries may be subject to:

  • customs processing delays, and

  • import VAT, duties, and clearance fees charged by the destination country (payable by the customer unless stated otherwise).

5. Address accuracy and missed deliveries

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, refusal, or failure to collect, additional charges may apply to re-ship.

6. Busy periods

Processing and carrier times may be longer during peak periods (for example seasonal holidays). We will always aim to keep processing within the stated timeframe, but carrier delays are outside our control.

7. Digital delivery responsibilities

Digital delivery is treated as completed when we send the file/link to the email address on the order and/or make the file available in your account. Please check spam/junk folders and ensure your mailbox can receive emails/links.
