Digital: usually 24–48 hours after we receive your details.

If we made a mistake

If the item is incorrect or the personalisation doesn’t match your order, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.

If you entered the wrong details

Please double-check names, dates and wording before placing your order. If incorrect details were provided at checkout, a new order is required for a replacement.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the delivery address before dispatch (same country only).

Not received

Please check your tracking first. If it still hasn’t arrived, message us and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Is this a real newspaper?
No. This is decorative artwork designed in a newspaper style for gifting and home decor.

Can I get a proof before printing?
Yes. A proof is included free of charge. You can request it in the order notes or message us after purchase.

What if I spot an error in the facts?
Facts are curated from historical sources. If you notice anything before printing, let us know and we will review it. Once printed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How fast can you deliver?
We dispatch within one to two working days after receiving your details. UK delivery is typically two to four working days from dispatch.

Can I change the facts or swap panels?
Small changes may be possible. Major edits require extra design time and a £5 to £10 surcharge.
