1. Order, then send one clear, front-facing photo — a daylight phone photo is perfect, with the head and chest in frame. Add your cat's name if you would like it on the art, and your chosen style: King, Queen, Admiral or Noble.
2. We design the portrait from your photo and send a digital preview, usually within 24 hours. Revisions are free until the likeness is right.
3. Approve the preview, and we print and post from the UK. Nothing is printed until you are happy.

You choose four things, and we handle the design.
- One clear, front-facing daylight photo — head and chest in frame. Send two or three and we will pick the best.
- Your cat's name and its exact spelling, if you would like it on the art.
- The royal style: King, Queen, Admiral or Noble, or say 'you choose' and we match their character.
- Your size and format: Digital, A4 or A3, with no frame or a white or black frame.
If any detail is missing, we message you before we start, and your timeline begins once we have it all. If we cannot reach you after the dispatch window has passed, the order may be cancelled, because we cannot finish the design without your photo and details.

Preview first, print second.
- Free digital preview, usually within 24 hours of receiving your photo and details.
- Prints are dispatched within 1–2 working days of approval by tracked Royal Mail; UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
- Digital files are sent on approval, with no postage wait.
- Prints ship flat in rigid do-not-bend packaging; framed prints are wrapped in tissue and boxed.

Sizes and frames — all sizes in centimetres.
- Digital download: a 300dpi file you print at home or at a local shop.
- 21 × 30 cm print, unframed.
- 30 × 42 cm print, unframed.
- 21 × 30 cm framed, black or white: a slim frame, the print fills it edge to edge.
- 30 × 40 cm framed, black, white or oak: the 21 × 30 print sits behind a card mount.
- 40 × 50 cm framed, black, white or oak: the 30 × 42 print sits behind a card mount.
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Oak is not available on the slim 21 × 30 frame.
Care: wipe the print gently with a dry cloth only.

Q: Will it look like my Persian?
Yes. We keep the real coat, markings, eyes and expression, and you approve the preview before we print.

Q: Can I order a different breed, or a dog?
Yes. The Persian shown is only an example. We create the same royal portrait for any dog or cat from your photo.

Q: What photo should I send?

Yes. It is free on prints and a small add-on on digital only. Message us before ordering.

Q: What if I do not love it?
Revisions are free until the likeness is right, and we offer a money-back guarantee if we cannot get it right.

Q: Is it hand-painted?
No. Each portrait is designed digitally using AI art tools guided by our own prompts, then reviewed by hand for a true likeness. It is an original design made for your cat, never claimed as hand-painted.
