One watercolour-style portrait of the actual house, made to order from your photo in your chosen size and frame, on premium satin photo paper — with an optional line underneath and a preview to approve first.

You provide a clear, straight-on daytime photo of the front of the house, plus the optional line underneath — the address, the house name, or the year they moved in.

Made to order from your photo. Preview emailed within 24 hours; after approval we dispatch within 1–2 working days by tracked Royal Mail (UK delivery usually 2–4 working days). Moving day or housewarming coming up? Add the date to your order note and we'll prioritise it.

Sizes and frames — all sizes in centimetres.
- Digital download: a 300dpi file you print at home or at a local shop.
- 21 × 30 cm print, unframed.
- 30 × 42 cm print, unframed.
- 21 × 30 cm framed, black or white: a slim frame, the print fills it edge to edge.
- 30 × 40 cm framed, black, white or oak: the 21 × 30 print sits behind a card mount.
- 40 × 50 cm framed, black, white or oak: the 30 × 42 print sits behind a card mount.
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Oak is not available on the slim 21 × 30 frame.
Care: wipe the print gently with a dry cloth only.

Does any house work? Yes — terrace, cottage, new-build or flat. A straight-on daytime photo with the whole front in frame gives the best result.
Can you remove the cars and bins? Usually, yes — everyday clutter can be tidied out of the scene.
Is it hand-painted? No — the artwork is created digitally using AI tools from your photo, then checked by eye, and you approve the preview first.
What if part of the house is hidden? We'll ask for a better angle rather than invent what the camera never saw.
What sizes and frames are there? Prints come 21 x 30 cm or 30 x 42 cm. Framed sizes are 21 x 30, 30 x 40 and 40 x 50 cm, in black, white or oak, with no oak on the slim 21 x 30 frame. There is also a 300dpi digital file to print yourself.
