1. Order, then send the place or places, the names, and any short line you would like, such as a date or a message.
2. We design the map print and send a digital proof, usually within 24 hours. Changes are free until it reads right.
3. Approve the proof, and we print and post from the UK. Nothing is printed until you are happy.

The design shown is an example. We set the same style around the places and wording you choose.

You choose the details, and we handle the design.
- The place or places, spelled as you want them to read.
- The names, a date, and any short line, such as a message.
- Your size: Digital, A4 or A3.
- Your frame: no frame, white or black, on prints only.
If any detail is missing, we message you before we start, and your timeline begins once we have it all. If we cannot reach you after the dispatch window has passed, the order may be cancelled, because we cannot finish the design without your details.

Proof first, print second.
- Free digital proof, usually within 24 hours of receiving your details.
- Prints are dispatched within 1–2 working days of approval by tracked Royal Mail; UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
- Digital files are sent on approval, with no postage wait.
- Prints ship flat in rigid do-not-bend packaging; framed prints are wrapped in tissue and boxed.

Sizes and frames — all sizes in centimetres.
- Digital download: a 300dpi file you print at home or at a local shop.
- 21 × 30 cm print, unframed.
- 30 × 42 cm print, unframed.
- 21 × 30 cm framed, black or white: a slim frame, the print fills it edge to edge.
- 30 × 40 cm framed, black, white or oak: the 21 × 30 print sits behind a card mount.
- 40 × 50 cm framed, black, white or oak: the 30 × 42 print sits behind a card mount.
Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Oak is not available on the slim 21 × 30 frame.
Care: wipe the print gently with a dry cloth only.

Q: What actually goes on the print?
The place you name, mapped and marked, with both names and the date set underneath.

Q: How exact does the place need to be?
A town or a city is enough. If a street or a venue matters, tell us and we mark that point instead.

Q: Do I need to send a photo?
No. The print is built from the place and the wording you type.

Q: Can I mark two places on one print?
Yes. Where you met and where you married both work on one map. Tell us how each should be labelled.

Q: Is this a working map?
No. It is a keepsake print styled to your place, made as decorative wall art rather than a navigation map.

PROOF AND CHANGES
Q: Do I see it before it prints?
Yes. We send a digital proof, usually within 24 hours, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Q: What if a place name or a date is wrong?
Changes at the proof stage are free, as many as you need. Once you approve, we print exactly what you signed off.

DELIVERY
Q: How long does it take?
The proof arrives within 24 hours. Prints are dispatched within 1–2 working days after you approve, with UK delivery usually 2–4 working days; digital files are sent on approval.

SIZES AND FRAMES
Q: What sizes are there?
Prints come 21 x 30 cm or 30 x 42 cm. Framed sizes are 21 x 30, 30 x 40 and 40 x 50 cm. There is also a 300dpi digital file to print yourself.

Q: Is a frame included?
Only on the framed options: black, white or oak, ready to hang. Oak is not available on the slim 21 x 30 frame. The print-only and digital options arrive without a frame.
